Reiki Classes

I offer Reiki classes according to your needs and schedule. I can teach individuals, families, groups of friends, or classes in the corporate setting.

Reiki classes are customizable to online or in-person delivery. For in-person classes, a minimum of 4 students is required. Grab some friends, neighbors, or family members in the Ottawa area and take a class together! Online classes are more flexible, with a minimum of 2 students. One-on-one classes are offered at a higher rate (please email for more information).

Reiki Level 1

Fee: $222 per person (1 day – 6 hour workshop)

Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful healing system that is easy to learn. In Reiki Level 1, the student learns the basic hand positions for self-healing and for facilitating healing for family. In this course you will:

  • Discover the origins of the Reiki healing system, and its principles and best practices
  • Learn how to connect to and work with healing energy
  • Practice various meditation/visualization techniques to enhance your Reiki practice
  • Learn about the body’s natural energy centres and their functions.
  • Practice Reiki on yourself

Reiki Level 2

Fee: $333 per person (1 day – 6.5 hour workshop) + $44 textbook fee

Pre-requisite: Reiki Level 1

Reiki Level 2 enables the student to broaden their knowledge and skills, and is recommended for anyone wishing to further their own personal development or for people who wish to practice Reiki in a professional context. In this course you will:

  • Learn the Reiki symbols for distant and spiritual/emotional healing
  • Use the Reiki Symbols for specific life issues and situations
  • Discuss Reiki Practitioner best practice and code of ethics guidelines
  • Practice various meditation/visualization techniques to enhance your Reiki practice
  • Practice Reiki techniques on others (both in-person and at a distance)

Reiki Master/Teacher

Fee: $850 per person (3 day workshop – 6.5 hours each day)

Pre-requisite: Reiki Levels 1 and 2; Must be practicing Reiki consistently for 6 months or more before the class

The Reiki Master/Teacher course is an intensive 3 day class that enables students to:

  • Learn advanced Reiki techniques
  • Learn to lead guided meditations and healing experiences
  • Learn to teach others how to give Reiki
  • Learn how to give Reiki placements and ignitions to others
