Distant Reiki Sessions
Because Reiki is a universal life force energy, Reiki practitioners can send healing Reiki energy across time and space… even across the world!
To administer distant Reiki, a practitioner channels life force energy and passes that energy to the client. As Reiki flows to the client, it fills them with positive energy. This may help any stagnant or negative energy—such as stress, anxiety, physical pain, sadness, confusion, etc.—to loosen its grip, allowing the body to relax and begin the healing process.
You should choose a time when you are able to rest or relax (without distractions), as this will enhance your Reiki experience. Please also submit your signed intake and consent form to me before the session. If you open it with Adobe, you can fill in the form electronically; you may also print, sign, then scan/take a photo if you prefer.

Reiki for Kids
Are you a parent of a child aged 6-12 who has anxiety, trouble sleeping, difficulties with focus or concentration, or challenges regulating or expressing emotions?
As a certified teacher with additional training in school psychology and experience teaching kids with neurodiversity and exceptionalities, I specialize in Reiki treatments and Reiki classes for kids.
As a holistic, mindful, self-empowering practice, kids who practice Reiki can:

Improve their focus and concentration
Reduce feelings of anxiety or stress
Express their feelings and self-advocate
Be more present in their bodies
Recognize physical & emotional sensations and triggers
